Welcome to ZAAPTIX.COM, a service provided by Oncemillon LLC, dedicated to offering you access to a wide range of events. Our platform facilitates the purchase of tickets to these events, but it’s important to note that we do not operate the events ourselves. This means we cannot control unforeseen circumstances that may occur at any event. The following Terms and Conditions represent an agreement between you (the ticket purchaser) and ZAAPTIX.COM. By completing your transaction, you agree to these terms of purchase and our privacy policy.
General Terms
- Please consult the actual event producer for their own terms of purchase and refund policies. These terms can usually be found on the event producer’s website. In the event of conflicting terms between these Terms of Purchase and the promoter/producer’s ticketing terms and conditions, the promoter/producer’s terms shall govern.
- All inquiries related to events must be made in writing to info@zaaptix.com within five days of the event date.
Ticket Refunds and Cancellations
- Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded unless the event is canceled or moved to another date. If an event is canceled or postponed, you may be entitled to a refund of the face value plus tax (if tax was charged), subject to the event producer’s posted refund policy. All fees (including booking, service, transaction, processing, shipping, fulfillment, etc.) are non-refundable.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to check whether the event is going ahead as scheduled. ZAAPTIX.COM cannot guarantee that the Promoter/Producer will inform the customer of any changes to the event date, time, venue, or talent.
- Refunds for canceled or postponed events are not automatically processed. You must email your order information to info@zaaptix.com within five days of the scheduled event date to request a refund.
Specific Conditions
- Payment Plan Orders: All payment plan tickets must be paid in full prior to the event for your tickets to be valid. Payment plans can be canceled at any time, but there are no refunds for paid or partially paid tickets. In the event of cancellation or non-payment, any deposited funds are forfeited to the producers of the event.
- Ticket Protection: Refund requests/claims for orders that include Ticket Protection should be filed with the insurance provider. Tickets are non-refundable, and this coverage may protect the purchaser in certain instances, such as injuries, illness (including COVID-19), involuntary job loss, and more.
Admission and Event Policies
- The right to admission to an event is reserved by the promoter and event venue. They may refuse entry or eject attendees based on health and safety, environmental, and security concerns.
- ZAAPTIX.COM is not responsible for any costs incurred by the customer for travel, accommodation, or any other related service due to event cancellation or postponement.
- In order to prevent fraud and protect both parties, additional information may be requested after your booking to verify your purchase.
Release of Liability
- ZAAPTIX.COM, operated by Oncemillon LLC, is not affiliated with the events or event sponsors. We will not cover losses or damages arising from your voluntary participation in the events. By purchasing tickets through ZAAPTIX.COM, you release and forever discharge Oncemillon LLC, its officers, and agents, from any liability or claims for damages that may arise as a result of your attendance and participation in the events.
